CANCELLATION POLICY: ★ I understand that life can be unpredictable, but to ensure the smooth scheduling of my services and time, I kindly request that you adhere to my cancellation policy. ★ Please notify me AT LEAST 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, In the event of a cancellation that is not within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 30% of the booked service will be charged. NO SHOW / LATE POLICY: ☆ If you’re 10 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to provide the entire service. If you’re 15 minutes late to your appointment, The service will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service you were booked for. ☆ If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service. ☆ Repeated cancellation or no show appointments will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit on future bookings I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my cancellation/no show policy, as it enables me to serve all my clients efficiently.
